All Orders within CM9 postcode – FREE

Orders £40 and over – FREE

Standard 2-3 working days £4.50

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, unless you have selected an express delivery option. Please note that orders received after 1pm (GMT) on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note we are unable to process and dispatch your orders on Bank & Public Holidays.

Willow & Fox will make every effort to deliver promptly, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery by third parties engaged to deliver your orders to you.

The Express Delivery option is only available for orders with UK delivery addresses. Orders placed after 1pm UK time will count as being placed the following day.

We can help with international express deliveries or next day UK deliveries but only on an order by order basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, or include a note with your order, and we can arrange shipping quotes for you which will be charged on at cost.

Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or on Bank / Public Holidays and you will need to make your calculations for delivery times accordingly.

We use Royal Mail for parcels within the UK. For international deliveries we source best quotes from a selection of preferred couriers and Royal Mail.
